Natasha has spent 29 years in managed vision care, 27 of them with EyeMed. She’s responsible for small, mid-market and large group business, as well as inside sales and account management. During her time with the company, Natasha has proven her expertise in identifying and developing strategic revenue streams, improving sales effectiveness and innovating sales processes to enhance the company’s buyer experience. She’s skilled at hiring, developing, and leading sales personnel to deliver on company revenue and retention targets. In 2008, Vision Monday named Natasha one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in the optical industry.

When I’m not cheering for the Reds or the Bengals, you can find me running, enjoying the great outdoors or reading blogs about cooking, DIY home design and health/workout strategies. I also love watching movies and trying new restaurants. I’m lucky to have my family close by—they love Cincinnati as much as I do! I live with a 6 pound Maltese puppy named Gigi who knows she’s queen of the castle. If you ever want to visit, make sure you get her permission (or bring a box of treats)!

As vice president of operations at EyeMed, Gibson oversees functional areas including membership processing, constituent contact center, claims, implementation, plan set-up and systems planning. Under his direction, EyeMed’s call center has been certified as a Center of Excellence by BenchmarkPortal for the six straight years. In 2014, Benchmark Portal BenchmarkPortal named EyeMed the No. 1 medium-sized call center in North America. Gibson has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in benefits consulting and the third party administration sector. He joined EyeMed in 2009.

I’m dedicated to exceeding client satisfaction by building solid partnerships in order to determine and develop the most efficient way to solve client needs. I’ve been in the benefits field for 18 years, the last 7 at EyeMed.

As a regional vice-president at EyeMed, I’m responsible for the development of EyeMed’s commercial, municipalities and counties, and specialty markets; including sales, marketing, buyer relationships and supporting business processes. I also oversee my region’s large employer groups of 2,000-19,999 employees. I have more than 20 years of experience, 17 in the vision industry, the last 7 with EyeMed.

As the senior medical director for EyeMed, it’s my privilege to represent the voice of eye care professionals and offer the unique perspective I’ve gained from 3 decades of wide-ranging experience in vision care from OD, to industry relations professional. I earned my Doctor of Optometry degree from State University of New York (SUNY) College of Optometry and my bachelor’s degree from Penn State (go Nittany Lions!). I’m passionate about working with patients, other eye care practitioners and my colleagues here at EyeMed, and my passions also extend to the music world. Ask me sometime about my diverse collection of 3,000 LP albums or my trips to the beach with family and friends.

Mark Aquilio is well-armed for his role as EyeMed's director of information security and compliance. He plays a critical role in ensuring the security of the data we handle every day on behalf of our clients, member, provider network and business partners. He has more than two decades of experience in insurance, including several years as part of EyeMed's IT enterprise architecture group where he became deeply ingrained in the intricacies of data security. As a testament to his professional passion, he completed the HITRUST CSF Practitioner certification, a high standard of security for healthcare and earned the TOGAF Foundation 9.0 certification, a prominent benchmark for enterprise architecture industry standards. His passion for putting EyeMed at the forefront of all things security is matched by his love of high energy classic rock music like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton or AC/DC. And during college football season you’re likely to find Mark proudly cheering for his alma mater, The Ohio State University, where he earned his business degree—go Buckeyes!

I used to think I was an expert in everything. Then I grew a bit older and realized I am an expert in nothing – though I’ve developed a very diverse knowledge base in sales and marketing. I enjoy the challenge of stretching budgets and still delivering exceptional results. There’s something to be said for developing teams that work smart, simple, fast and efficient. And, if I’m fortunate to have spare time, I like to reserve it for family and maybe save a few moments for general relaxation.
