Alex Stothfang
Sr. Sales Representative
By day, I’m an EyeMed sales rep. By night, you might find me resolving IT problems for anyone older than 40. I’m a techie at heart--I spend a lot of time reading about the latest trends in technology, like gadgets, apps and video games. In my free time, I like to dine on Chinese food and spend time with my wife, a wonderful woman who has devoted her life to helping kids with severe behavioral issues. Find me on Twitter (@mrfamiliarity).

I joined EyeMed in January of 2014 to head up The EyeMed Incubator, designed to realize strategic ideas and bring them to life on an accelerated timeline. The incubator has helped EyeMed become a top vision plan option for exchange operators. I also led the company’s transition into broker-centric divisions of small, medium and national account sales and account management teams.

I also play a role in all product development and am responsible for wellness and disease management support programs.
Lukas Ruecker
President
I joined EyeMed Vision Care in November 2013 when the health benefits industry was navigating rapid change driven by federal legislation and shifting consumer expectations. Embracing the need for change, I vowed to reinvent vision care benefits and their delivery. This focus on the right innovation helped catapult EyeMed not only to record growth and profits, but more importantly, to industry-leading member and client satisfaction. My unique hands-on experience in retail, wholesale, e-commerce, operations, lens technology and manufacturing – coupled with his drive to challenge the status quo – is well-suited to the U.S. employee benefits sector, where consumer demand for choice, transparency and convenience are driving innovation. Outside of work, I spend time on OneSight, a charity dedicated to helping people see. EyeMed is a major sponsor of OneSight, and I continue my involvement as Chairman of the Board.
Kevin Hilst
